This is a site-wide House Rule Banned: Telepathic Network has been removed from general play on Edge of Darkness. The staff has determined that Telepathic Network is either over powered, inconsistent or does not promote constructive game play in the environment that has been built on this site. Please know that Telepathic Network has been discussed on some level and that the removal of Telepathic Network play was done with the best of intentions. Experienced Freedmen are capable of creating a mental network of telepathic communication between groups of Kindred. Once the network has been opened, any Kindred affected by Telepathic Network can send out a silent, mental message to the entire group such as, “I am being attacked, come help me!” or, “I’m currently breaking into the back of the building. Where are the rest of you?” This Devotion cannot be used on an unwilling or unaware subject.
