Typically, interruption is considered gauche.
Sometimes it’s necessary. With this Devotion, the
Nosferatu is able to interrupt conversation without
outing himself. A simple glance and the subject
halts mid-sentence. Her mind subconsciously
associates the line of discussion with abhorrent,
frightening things she can’t put to words, preventing
her from speaking about it. She doesn’t need
to meet eye contact with the Nosferatu—the Nosferatu
simply needs to be able to see her when she
is speaking about the topic in question.
