Given their need for excessive amounts of blood,
Nelapsi have mastered a trick of storing Vitae and reawakening
its dormant potential at a later date. While
perhaps similar to the magic of Theban Sorcery, this Devotion
has the advantage of being less well known. Thus,
a Nelapsi can easily hide caches of blood in or around
his haven or in likely traveling spots for quick use in
times of need. A few Nelapsi keep odd bits of statuary in
their havens that are actually objects of stored Vitae.
