Those Ventrue who can afford the best are
even more dazzling. The combination of

inborn abilities makes them a force to be
reckoned with.
The character adds their Resources rating to
all Social rolls for the duration of the scene. This
ability does not affect interactions where the
other party cannot see signs of the Kindred’s
wealth, such as during a telephone conversation.
