February Official Court

The Prince’s Official February 13th Court was kicked off with the Movie Madness theme. Almost everyone showed up in some sort of costume, save for some new arrivals who were unaware of the theme. There were many new faces at this court, many were acknowledged throughout other evenings by Herald Martha Villiers. As the meeting and greeting ensued, a discussion took place with the Kindred’s elite. A fast and furious performance of Twist’s blade, as a request to Prince Asa Clarke, astonished any who were nearby. This sparked and idea, which was thereby announced that any who wished to perform a talent of theirs this evening were welcome. The two best, judged by Ariana Donovan and Martha Villiers would be granted Tenancy within the Domain. During this announcement, it was also made known that Ariana Donovan would be the new Seneschal and Alice Brown was also appointed Harpy. Currently Bailiff Daniella Sage is busy with the organizing of the performers and who will be the next two to gain Domain Tenancy Idol.

Around the Requiem

A new arrival drifted into the Lily. Dianne Devereux was met by yet another member of the Domain who had recently returned herself. Ciara Maskelyne spoke with the new Deava as they were both briefly greeted by Conner Greyson. The shadow left as quickly as he had arrived.

In other places, several kindred of the Domain met up with Martha Villiers and Ariana Donovan to observe and learn other skills from each other. Those on the special invitation were James Calloway, Michael Redfill, Tracy Burns, Jose Matias, David Drummond, Daymian McMahon, Ricardo Rodriguez and Daniella Sage. After they went through introductions and what they brought to the meet up, they began the demonstrations and discussion.

A few ventured to a book sale at the local library who ended up in a very intriguing discussion with one of the staff. Some gathered at the park to seek a solace in a yoga session. Others made their way to the Avalon where a local performer played at this venue.

Alice Brown and Chase Ankers continue there investigation for the pretenders as they may be risking the masquerade by there actions.

Insurgents Epilogue

From where we last tuned in with the Master and bomb saga; Reeve Conner Greyson, his assorted Deputies, and a few other brave Kindred had cornered the group in the firehouse. After weighing their options, they realized the best way to rid the threat was to burn it to the ground, and all who remained within.

Knowing the spectacle it would become to the kine, Conner orders the others to disperse. Martha Villiers, Alice Brown, Jennifer Hazelton and Jonathan Mclean were sent away to deal with the torpid Childe of a recently destroyed vampire possessing far too many names to list here. Dillon Connery volunteers to dispose of the Brides' ride, a giant military Humvee, with Ricardo Rodriguez riding shotgun. They get the fright of their unlives when the famous San Francisco Envoy appears in the back seat thanking them for a job well done. Conner himself, along with Sidor Grigoriev, David Silver, and Tracy Burns take a pair of captured Kindred (Teller Kent and presumably one of the Brides) away for some Moore of Sidor's special brand of questioning. Tracy and David are then tasked with the releasing the Bride and following her back to whatever allies my still exist. All the while, Castor Drake and Daniella Sage stay behind to make absolutely certain that the firehouse, and everyone inside, is truly finished. They aren't. At least one Beast crawls out of the mess, caught shortly by Castor, while the geisha ghoul of Prince Janzem's Envoy beckons Daniella over for a similar discussion her master is having in that Humvee...

Howe's the Park

The motley crew of Lance Rayner, Francesco Giovanni and Charles Black, now light a Daeva, continue there investigation into the people who have gone missing in Howe Community Park.

The Regent’s Relic

The Group of would be thieves continue to try to steal the Helmet as tasked by Regent Erika Brady, but now they are one light, as Jennifer Hazelton left Ricardo Rodriguez, Alice Brown and Daniella Sage to finish what the four had started.

Stranger Danger

When Josephine Powell and Sidor Grigoriev were unsuccessful in their attempts to question the ghouls, Conner Greyson stepped aside to make a phone call. Twist received the call, and the group headed to the Ballo Della Notte theatre to discuss with Twist about summoning Heathcliff Staley. After stating what was known about the events, she did summon him. As the group waited, they saw the formation of several men all nearly dressed the same outside of the theatre. It appeared that the men were strapped with explosives and the beautiful Twist shouted into the night not to blow up her theatre.

Hart’s Herd

The group continues there investigation, finding there way into a suspicious apartment containing an Australian Cattle Dog. While Adam York, James Calloway and Robert Swift break into the apartment Jose Matias finds himself getting jumped behind the building. At first it seems a threat, but it turns out very different, a group of nerds jumped him and he quickly took control of the situation. The reason for the attack is not yet known.

No-Soliciting Nurse!

All roads lead the poacher-hunter team to the beautician Marietta McKinely and the man named Bobby Lau. Allison Black discovers that she and Dillon Connery missed the elusive Kindred at the hospital, and that he seems to be headed right for the other group comprised of Brenn Lawrence, David Silver, and Eugene Victor Betts. They have a little trouble at Marietta's apartment, as the woman apparently doesn't take kindly to being threatened at her doorstep by three strangers. Who knew? After a long wait, Bobby himself opens the door, greeting the Kindred peacefully and asking them to leave the mortal alone. A walk and talk as Bobby delivers groceries to Grandma MicKinely reveals that he's not the brainless neonate everyone suspected of him. The question is, will the Haunts and Shadow resolve the situation with or without bloodshed? And can they do it before the Miami Daeva and Gangrel Deputy make it across town to rendezvous? Stay tuned...

Dark Deeds

Tom talked to Susan Vera about his serial killer theory and that bodied could be dumped along the American River to fetch up at the Park almost anywhere along the course of the River from the resevoir lake. The old mills or bridges seemed to feature high in Tom's descriptions of the course of the River.

Meanwhile, Tracy Burns called on the help of Deputy Dillon Connery to rescue Andy - a jogger who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Struggling with his injuries and tripping on Vampire Blood, Andy tried to recall for Tracy and Dillon's benefit any details he had of the attack. He remembered that his attacker was dressed strangely...almost like a CSI officer.

Dillon managed to get additional help from Tom, a medical professional at Dr Josephine Powell's clinic. Dr Powell can be proud of her staff and Tracy can be pleased with her interventions: Andy lives to fight another day!

Ringa Ding Ding

After Ariana Donovan had notice a particular article in the paper about Dr. Valdemar’s discovery of a Rowan ring she met with Martha Villiers. They discussed if there was any significance regarding it, to which there certainly was. Martha went over everything from the magical legends behind it and who may have had it in possession throughout history. Upon further review, Ariana and Martha decided someone should investigate it. Those who responded were Tyler Archer, David Drummond and Michael Redfill all new members of the Domain who heeded the call. Ariana went over what was discussed previously with the Herald and the three men set out on a plan to talk to the Doctor at a coffee shop he frequented. With any luck, they would find the Doctor who would hopefully lead them to the ring.
