The saga to recover Jennifer’s Body continues, Order of the Thorned Wreath Sir Baldwyn escapes the grip of rotshreck and strikes a deal with South Sacramento Hound (Dog). In the process he captures Flannels but not before Dame Saito is torpored after Flannels managing to pull the trigger of his shotgun at pointblank range underneath her chin. The efforts to stop the designer drug Krokodil continue.
In a long abandoned warehouse David Raegan and Emma French continue their search for Aileen McFarlane, combat ensues between the female Mekhet and a mysterious sword wielding woman who apparently had summoned her to the barrens.
In Raley Field, Daniella Sage, Allison Black and Edwin Bridges search for a creature that mangled several kine and seemed to be intent on eluding them… for now.
Peter Baldwyn, Velma and Aileen McFarlane gather together to dismantle an operation intent on subverting and controlling the socio economic assets of Sacramento. The cobweb of interests and associations is large and far reaching, will they succeed?
The meeting of the Shadows came to a conclusion with the election of a new Priscus. Daniel Whitfield and Daniella Sage ran for the place with the former winning by majority of votes. First point addressed by the new Priscus was to maintain the ban on teaching Auspex outside the clan.
A Pool party in a luxurious villa served as the background for the Succubus and Incubus’ clan meeting. Fun is had, kindred meet and greet but not before the Priscus addresses the need for them to maintain their discipline of Majesty their own.
Adept DraMorris offers those in the Sacramento Chapterhouse to swear an oath and become Oathsworn members of the Ordo Dracul.
Regent Refill assembles a team to help him take care of some “business” in the Regency of Florin… a team of ambitious kindred appears but without knowing what expects them. Are they willing to pay the cost for tenancy in Florin?
Roderick Pearson threatened Edwin Bridges, the Sotoha seemed to be in no control of his beast. He was later approached by His Grace who questioned him about his words on Reeve Connery’s judgment. Eventually Korvin Angustry got slain by Prince Asa Clarke with a single swipe from his claws after laughing about how the Kindred sovereign of Sacramento was handling the matter. Apparently there were kindred who mistook His Grace’s courtesy for weakness.
Official court August 14th - His Grace, the Duke of Sacramento, wishes it known that he shall host a Court at the Ballo Della Notte Elysian Field on the evening of August 17, 2014 commencing at 22:00 hours. The Court shall be themed around the motif of duality with specific reference to the mythology of superheroes and villains. Appropriate costumes will be welcome, but not mandatory.
