Graduates of Otranto understand doom. Add +2 dice to their spell casting pools when they cast Evil Eye, Monkeys Paw, Forge Doom and Great Curse spells.
The mage can voluntarily forgo this benefit to avoid it's associated drawback.
Drawback
If the Mage uses this Merit's benefit, she takes a bit of the target's doom onto herself. The mage gains an extra paradox die, even if the spell was covert and appeared plausible.
