Circle of Creation

Formerly owned by a private religious organization, the Circle of Creation sprang up in it's absence. Whether or not it's always been a replica of Westminster, no one can say. The Circle is the home of the Sacramento Consilium and shelters all five Orders.

Description

The Circle is a large almost imposing building of Gothic Architecture. It is an almost perfect replica of Westminster, but no one ever 'notices. Sleeper eyes slide over the ruins of what used to be, and only Awakened eyes can pierce the subtle occultation.
