As the meeting began the Mastigos [1] and the Obrimos[2] had to quickly meet to arrange who would represent them as councillor. It was Decided that Salem would serve as Interim councillor for the Mastigos as they lacked the required three members of the path and Joyeuse Secured their position of Councillor to the Obrimos after making a deal for support from Phoenyx[3] which Winter duly backed.
Which brought the formed council to the following.
Philip Crosen As interim councillor for the Acanthus[4] with the mage Lachesis having left the city preventing them from meeting the require three.
Salem As interim councillor for the Mastigos.
Chambers As councillor for the Moros.[5] and appointing Witch as his provost.
Joyeuse As councillor for the Obrimos.
Aurora As Councillor for the Thyrsus [6] and appointing Asclepius as her provost.
The Agenda posted to the corkboard made little impact in this meeting as Corn hijacked events to make the Consilium as a whole aware that his son had been kidnapped and relatives murdered in their home. Something he had made sure certain members of the Consilium knew before the meeting.[7] the responses were varied from empathy to outrage to doubt and even suspicion being thrown at the Moros and the claims he made based on little more then utter guess work as to the cause. Some like Guru and Eidolon offered immediate aid while Winter and Joyeuse where more sceptical. Phoenyx tried to clear up confusion caused by Corn's wording, while Chambers asked some questions for the sake of clarity but as he is due to be away to take his Factotum exam soon will not be on call to help immediately and Aurora accusing Corn of trying to save face with how he has gone about the situation.
Skye Then goes on to call Corn out for withholding what she thinks is pertinent information and a list of Corns other sins and reckless behaviours is swiftly brought forward by Chambers only adding to [[Aurora]'s eelier accusations.
The councillors then stepped aside to talk about the matter more robustly during which Corn was confined to the Circle of Creation as a safety measure and at the guardians request Winter was given the go ahead to interrogate Corn with a minimum of [Chambers]] present to make sure things stayed on topic. Corns actions in withholding information and trying first to garner support for his unfounded claim were also weighed and painted the Moros in a poor light.
As this was going on Corn was getting caught in more lies left and right as his story feel apart around him making claims about who was where when, doing what and all in all making it very apparent that he could not be trusted as an unreliable narrator.
