In the three months since the first meeting the members of Sacramento's start up Consilium had seen some changes. Much as in the previous meeting Chambers Provided an agenda starting off with a refinement of the acknowledgement process agreed upon in the previous meeting as encounters with more trouble some mages between the meetings had shown it still needed work. Such as when Puck briefly returned and refused to abide the new system. [1]

Once Chambers, Aurora, Corn, the two mages having recently returned to the city, [2] [3] Philip Crosen and Winter had all assembled the meeting began.

Corn quickly pushed for a more globalised acknowledgement position again but was shut down, Winter provide the clear and concise reasoning that if people don't want to play ball then they don't get acknowledged and Philip linked the want for for more formalised questions to the need for records to be kept. Formal questions provide to be divisive and so a compromise was reached exemplar questions were drawn up but their use was optional providing some for of vetting took place. As a pre caution acknowledgement and vetting or refusal was agreed to be handled by path or first to encounter the mage if no path mate was present. Importantly it was decided that personality should play no part in refusing acknowledgement.

Some talk about safe practice, when to get help and keeping aware of surrounding passed as the security talk as the circles defensives did most of the work, the mages need only be vigilant. Cameras were ruled out as ineffective and to dangerous if turned against them. Corns idea of automation set to kill any unacknowledged mage was shut down hard by Chambers pointing out that mages come to the circle seeking acknowledgement.

During this point in the discussions Winter left the meeting without explanation and only Chambers was willing to discuss leadership structures without him so the topic got shelved.

For the written records to star forming a history of precedents and decisions Chambers volunteered to endeavour in learning to cast supernal script so the notes would be written in truth and only viewed by mage sight as a security measure. To be stored publicly in the the circle. It was decide he would need to make copies for all orders but at his instance none of these would ever leave the Circle of Creation.

The fifth topic of mapping leylines and hallows was brought up and given the green light, it was during this topic Chambers declared the location of his Sanctum and Hallow placing himself under the precept of protectorate. It was agreed no mage worked alone and it was in their interest to try and map as much as possible such as gauntlet strength, ghost or spirt activity and so on not just the leylines and hallows. The city was to be split into sections and investigated, the dividing of which was which was later done by Chambers. Digital means of storage or data collection was prohibited for anything as the internet was not contained to the Circle and thus venerable.

During talk of the precedents and precepts it became apparent that knowledge of the Lex varied wildly with Chambers an Aurora being better learnt on the topic. Some talk of team ups and future plans was spoken of loosely to wrap the meeting.
