With the recent delays, arising issues and hijacking of Consilium meeting for peoples personal woes Chambers called the council to order with Cavendish Stepping in, albeit a little late for the absent Philip Crosen.

The purpose for the meeting was to put forward the need for a Hierarch of the Consilium. Something that all five councillors unanimously agreed was needed to bring direction and focus to the Consilium, as a libertine Salem held reservations but needed no convincing on the necessity of the position.

Chambers Put his own name forward citing his many contributions to organisation and structure he had provided to the growing Consilium thus far such has his becoming a factotum, work on the charter and forming of the council itself. While Joyeuse challenged the Moros as being to over worked as it was and suggested Aurora as the most experienced mage in the Consilium. The Sharman herself took herself out of the running and backed Chambers.

Backed by Cavendish and after besting the objections put forward by the Obrimos Chambers was appointed as Hierarch with four councillors supporting his claim. Salem Removed themselves from the running but did not offer support for any mage thus abstaining from the decision and leaving the meeting early.
