Once the former Chapterhouse of the Ordo Dracul, this building suffered major damage in mid-2018 while coming under attack by things unknown coming up from the tunnels below. In the defense of this location, the Dragons collapsed the tunnels beneath the building as a final strategic measure, destroying various creatures but damaging the site. The ruin is currently owned by Dirt Nap.

Even faded and worn, California sings in the heritage of the Manor – a confluence of Spanish and American styles - from every parapet and every arched window. Expansive, proud, and dignified, the old Mission Revival Architecture reflects its pedigree in its ceramic tiles, grand turrets, and a coat of pale-peach stucco.

Despite the grandeur, the effects of entropy and recently ended neglect still show. Tendrils of ivy slither over adobe-bricks, grasping for the leaded glass windows, and blanketing the grand turreted staircase. An overgrown and solitary palm tree, slouches from its corner where manor meets the solarium. Tufts of weeds and grasses sprout in cracks of a once lovely arcade and the intricate pathways spiraling out from the house; the pattern of which may be of some importance yet to be re-discovered.

The foyer of the Chapter House is beset with exotic hard wood floors, and glitter with painted and stained glass interior doors beckoning to other places in the house. A place for coats and umbrellas stands at the ready, while a grand staircase spills out in sinuous lines to the second floor. Stark white walls, keep the foyer from looking too heavy while warm light glows from many of the nooks and crannies. To the right, a Formal Dining Room awaits. To the left, a Solarium and even further, the Gymnasium.

====Formal Dining Room====

An opulent jewel of the House, the Formal Dining Room speaks of the incredible wealth that made the House originally possible. A gleaming crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling, reflecting light off of the dark woods that enclose the space and sparkles off of the glass multicolored tiles that enclose a nearby fireplace. Above is all of the artwork needed; an antique and hand-painted Japanese gold and silver leafed ceiling depicting peacocks in flight and delicate flowers in bloom; the sheen of which contributing to the warm glow within the room.

A spacious solarium offers a view of moonlit nature just beyond the Estate. Cleanly and sparsely decorated, it boasts only cream walls and small clusters of chairs for Dragons who require a change in their scenery.

====Gymnasium====

-
Once a Chapel with fifty foot tall cathedral ceilings, time and Change have turned the space into something quite different. Empty, it serves now as the best place for the more martially trained Dragons to train and condition themselves. It is surrounded by exposed brick with large floor to ceiling windows on either side letting in the glow of moonlight. Stairs to a raised dais offer a view of the whole gymnasium from on high.

====Grand Library====

-
The grand library boasts the same exotic hardwood floors, painted and leaded stained glass doors with their own hand-hammered copper plate backings and crystal glass book cases framed by rare marble colonnades. An unused fireplace is enclosed by jade-green subway tile, while clean white walls peak out from exposed wood beams.

Stations for study are sprinkled through the landscape and during caucuses of the Dragon, a small dias in honor of Vladislaw Tepes and his wives is set aside and left empty in their honor. A creaking chalkboard can be rolled out as needed and is shared with a nearby classroom.

====Classroom====

-
The Classroom, a former bedroom of the Mansion converted to the purpose, boasts eggshell-white walls and arched exposed wood beams. Book-cases dot along one wall but the real focal point is a small lectern used for classes and a few desks that allow for Dragons to sit in comfort and take notes on whatever topic the classroom will play host to without disturbing the Library next door.

====Castellan's Apartment====

-
The apartment set aside for the Castellan is a study of light and lightness. Awash in white walls and windows to the outside, the bedroom is also fortified against the unyielding light of the sun by blackout curtains. A large bed anchors the space and a small letter-writing desk and sitting area sits by the bay-window; perfect to jot down a few notes, or to converse privately with a handful of others. White tile surround a fireplace and is carried through into the bathroom complete with gray marble wainscoting and a claw-foot tub. While the closet may not amaze by today's standards, it remains sufficient for the well-organized Castellan.

===Unfinished Rooms===
===Unfinished Rooms===
-
Unfinished rooms still dot the sprawling Mansion bearing the scars of an occurrence that, for most, is no longer relevant. In a handful of those rooms, the walls are decorated with brown-black blood and dried out viscera left like a sort of macabre Jackson Pollock painting. Many of these rooms show promise, with exposed beams of exotic dark woods, and windows that have been clouded over with age. Each await a Dragon willing to enact their will for Change.

The basement, or what is left of it, is a caved in and impassable pile of rubble. It is a remnant of a bygone age that has made a mark that is still evident in some of the unused rooms of the House.
