Please direct all questions about Mortal/Hunter character creation to the Storyteller(s), .
- Only mundane nWoD source is to be used; no Second Sight or other 'supernatural' items can be bought at chargen.
- All players will begin at 0-30xp; please note that Morality cannot be 'dropped' for Mortals as it can for supernatural templates.
Organizations
Every Mortal character should belong to one of three following groups; either working for them directly, as a consultant, or having ties to someone else who is involved.
- DHS, Geosciences: A department of Homeland security tasked with investigating geophysical phenomenon. More Info
- Wallis Engineering: An engineering and facilities maintenance company which serves as a front for a small, elite criminal organization. More Info
- Department of Paranormal Studies: A small, underfunded and understaffed university department, specialising in researching the paranormal. More Info
The listed requirements are for actual membership in the groups; characters affiliated with (consultants, friends of members, etc) but not true members are not required to make these purchases.
