The second meeting of 2025 marked a very significant milestone for the Consilium of Sacramento. Chambers recently appointed to hierarch[1] had after passing the factotum exam [2] with the help of Aurora [3] had been holding meeting and lessons in the Lex so mages could contribute towards the construction of the charter. [4] [5] [6] and a final opportunity for the councillors to catch or amend any final details [7] the charter itself was finally published and made an official document of the Consilium bringing the silver laws into effect. Copies that must not leave the Circle of Creation were handed out for each mages to read, digest and seek any clarity on. After this announcement the Hierarch moved to the courtyard where he was joined by Skye after she declared the location of her sanctum placing it under the precept of protectorate and herself as a solitaire for all to hear. The two lightly discussed next steps now the Consilium was taking shape and shortly were joined by Eidolon as he passed on news of his own appointment to Emissary of the free council. [9]
Over by the food table Thirteen and Cavendish exchanged small talk about different consilium's they had known before coming to Sacramento and back in the main hall as mages digested the new document Asclepius put a few questions to to Aurora asking about other roles in the Consilium specifically those pf Herald and Sentinel along with queries about the inclusion of laws being unchanged for cabals and her thoughts on these topics.
