- What is legal in California?
- Most Modern armor in California requires that the owner have BODY ARMOR CERTIFICATION and the armor in question be registered with the government, if the buyer in Question is a Felon. The few exceptions to this list are armor that you would wear as safety equipment for riding a motorcycle, work place safety, and sports gear. Archaic armor has no registration policy in California. So, Riot Cop armor you need a certificate and contacts, Medieval Knight armor you just need the money.

- Also in the Armory Sourcebook. Same legality issues as above.
- Most armor is fairly obvious, but some can be worn under or pass as clothing. Check an armor's description for details.
- I want armor that isn't listed. What do I do?
- If you want to craft/buy an armor not listed in a sourcebook use the closest armor that is listed for the stats and ask for moderator approval.
- Can I improve my armor's stats?
- Yes, by using your venue specific merit for supernatural items. Check your venue's equipment merit for details.
