A meeting of the Ordo Dracul held on September 30th of 2010. This is the first meeting held under the leadership of Grand Wyrm Joseph Hartman, the senior member of the Ordo Dracul after the departure of Oracle Shadow.[1]
This meeting is held for 3 main reasons. The First being to solidify Joseph Hartman as the leader of Dragons.
- "Oracle Shadow has left the Domain and as the only member of the Sworn present in the Domain that leaves me in charge of the Ordo." He pauses for a moment collecting his thoughts. "However I would prefer to use the term guide. We are an eclectic group of individuals, all with our own goals but united by a common drive. So while I am in charge of the Ordo I do not plan to change how things have been run in the past. I will attempt to offer advice as good as that of my predecessor and lead us towards our goal of Transcendence."

The second reason is to finally initiate O-Yama into the Ordo Dracul
- "I am here to petition entry into the Ordo. I have done so before, long ago, through the former Rampant Dragon Karsh, and then again through Oracle Shadow, but the loss of one, and the near-absence of the latter, has led me to bring my introduction and petition forward myself."

It is agreed by all those present that O-Yama will be accepted into the Order of the Dragons
The final reason is to welcome Martha Villiers to the Sacramento Chapter of the Ordo Dracul
