Also known as mace, this is a spary bottles that fit in the palm of the hand, these devices debilitate targets who are sprayed in the face. A Dexterity + Athletics roll is made at a -1 penalty to hit the target. Range is one yard maximum and target's Defense is applied. If successufl, all of the target's actions suffer a -5 penalty for the reainder of the scene as his senses are overwhelmed and breathing is made extremely difficult. Attacks on targets further then one yard away always fails. Supernatural beings that are not alive (or lack a physical form) are not affected. Each canister has three uses and are cheap enough to require no resources to purchase.
