This is a custom Merit.
Your character has a distinctive quality to their voice. It draws attention, whether from melodious quality, range, or even distinctive speech pattern. This Merit is especially suitable for singers or orators.
For two dots, your character gets a +1 modifier to all Presence or Manipulation rolls when she attempts to use her voice to entertain, persuade, distract or deceive others. For four dots, your character's voice is impossible to ignore; she gets a +2 modifier.
Drawback
The more distinctive your character sounds, the harder it is to speak without attracting attention. Any attempt to whisper or speak sotto voce is made at a penalty: -2 for the two dot version, -4 for the four dot version.
