The Sworn were the first pack to form in the call from Flame of Man's death. They were initially formed when Ethan Byrne and Kellie Taite decided to work together to watch the northern part of downtown, near the bar Club Raven. Their first recruit was Mateo Benavides, followed swiftly by JJ and Gwen Barty. Gwen quickly became the ritualist and medic of the pack, and began trading favors to Tony Willowsbark to learn from his extensive store of knowledge. Mateo would grow to become a strong fighter, while Vincent played the good Omega, keeping morale up.
Like most things, it did not last long. Ethan left first, followed soon after by Kellie and JJ, leaving Mateo and Gwen as the only members. They recruited the new wolf Vincent Bailey to maintain their status as a pack.
The current incarnation of The Sworn reside and claim a portion of East Sacramento. With the disappearance of Mateo Benavides the previous Beta Gwen Barty ascended to the Alpha position uncontested. With the departure of Gwen Barty and Vincent Bailey, Jeremiah Daniels eventually stepped up as Alpha of the Sworn. New members of the pack included Kevin Swift and Nieves Werra.
The ever shifting tides of the world saw members of the pack go on their way and new members arrive.
