• Priscus Barrett expressed interest in gaining feeding and tenancy rights in Regent Hart's Domain. ^[2]
• Regent Hart advised that if the Gangrel present helped to rid South Sacramento of the Brood that has been menicing it, then they would be awarded Feeding and Tenancy Rights.
• Regent Hart also clarified the rules to living in her domain:

"I'm not a real 'rules' person, so I only have a few for you to follow if you live here. You follow the Traditions. You Follow the Prince's Law. When my hound speaks, he's using my voice. You pay your Rent. If you find squatters on my land, you tell me. If I find out you've been feeding on kids on my land I will cut off your arms and legs and bury you in concrete somewhere. I will not let you out. If you don't like these rules, you can find somewhere else to sleep."^[3]

• Regent Hart advised that the snakeshits are coming from the Sewers, but they have been feeding in Z'berg park. ^[4]
