First Impression

Velma Star is a seductive and sultry beauty, she has the charm and elegance only found in the divas of the entertainment industry, the alarming qualities of a seductress that doesn't like competition.

Velma Star appears to be in her early twenties, she has two bright and intense blue eyes, supple lips the color of fresh blood and a waifish eye catching silhouette. Her movements on stage are graceful and sensual and her voice is crystalline, trailing with honey and the promise of intimacy.

The Succubus is usually clad in tasteful and revealing attire. Back in the twenties she used to wear her hair dyed the color of cherries, nowadays she prefers to use her natural blond. She usually dons her own make-up which she judiciously applies over her cheekbones refining her incendiary beauty.

Biography

Velma Star arrived Sacramento in May 2012 and was acknowledged by Herald Villiers and there she met Deputy Dillon Connery. Through the following months she met several of the key figures in Sacramento and tried to find way to join the Unconquered. She and Allison Black worked together to disable a threat to the domain in the form of a cadre of hunters of kindred and a ring with supposed supernatural powers. One night at the Elysium while discussing a possible job in the Cedar fields with Emma French and Herald Villiers she used her powers of the blood to force a reaction in Emma French. The Gangrel popped her claws in Elysium and was banished to the barrens, but Velma would later be staked by Dillon Connery for her actions. Before that she also participated in the heated Regency debates, she defeated Ashley Cohen but in the finals with Max Heinz and Chris Wooding the prize of the Regency escaped her grasp and ended up with Max Heinz. Eventually her stake was removed and the Daeva vowed to behave while in Elysium. Her manner and caustic behaviour didn't seem to reflect a change though but she never again used her powers of the blood in those grounds. Time passed and when coming back to Sacramento after a small hiatus in Chicago Prince Asa Clarke stroke a bargain with her. Part of that bargain included ascending to the position of Priscus which had been left vacant after the prolongued absence of the previous Priscus, Twist. After assuming command of her family she was sponsored into the First Estate by His Grace, the Prince and Judex of the Invictus in the city. Velma eventually rose by appointment of the Prince to the position of Harpy, inside the Invictus she has seen herself elevated to Lady. Recently the Daeva has returned to the domain after a short break...
