Boston

Born and raised in Boston, she attended Harvard to take her Archaeology classes - her former life seems far behind her beyond that.

Europe

She spent a few years primarily in the Balkan area of Europe working on a couple of dig sites.

South America

It was a dig-site here that caused her Awakening, maybe it's a story she'll share one day...

It seems that one of the sites she worked on was Sacsayhuaman, just outside of Cusco in Peru.

Boston 2.0

Awakening can be a rough path. At least she dealt with the newness on familiar ground.

Sacramento

The city is one she hasn't seen in a long time, and really she's mostly interested in one particular place. For now.

Having assisted in dealing with the Veil Breach in South Sac, proven her tactical skill in a series of Chess matches at the Arrowlympics, and continued to be willing to make cutting remarks to get to the point of a situation, the new Hierarch Aquinas has deemed it appropriate that she take on the role of one of the Consilium's Heralds. Y'all ready for this?

Veiled Threats

Having somehow decided that joining a 'fauxbal' is a good idea, Mandy has taken up residence at The Fourth Wall - a theatre now mutually owned by herself, Star, Asp and Avis.

... This has further become a comedy of errors as someone decided that them changing their names to movie titles was a good idea. Thus, Ozymandias has taken on the name Zodiac - or Zoey, for short.

Veiled Threats

Zodiac is the formal representative for the Veiled Threats Cabal - she stands as Sigil Holder, Lorekeeper, and resident house-mother. Despite her tendency towards blunt honesty, when it comes to representing her Cabalmates she takes the notion very seriously - it might even seem as though she's kinder to strangers than to her own Cabalmates.

Personality

She's a well-travelled individual who doesn't very easily make friends due to her ability to be entirely bitter. This has made travelling much easier on her as she's had no particular instances of missing people, nor much care if she upset locals. Despite this, she takes her duties very seriously, and when she does become attached to people she's never quite sure how to handle it, which can leave her in some state of emotional turbulence for a time.

The Archaeology Journal

A leatherbound journal that looks very worn down, pages dog-earred and papers sticking out a little to mark pages is often present on the woman. It's not uncommon for her to be flipping through it, but woe-betide whomever would try to read over her shoulder.

Nimbus

Voices seem to come from all over the place, though when one tries to concentrate on it all they can hear are their own thoughts ringing louder and louder, as though they were talking to themselves from various places all at once. The voices all seem to take on a slightly different tonality, however, some mocking, some sad, some confused, but always the thoughts ringing through the head of the witness. (It should be noted that no individual hears the thoughts of any other - each individual hears only their own thoughts.)
