Afonso came to the United States from Brazil with his family at 2 years old. He speaks only English like a native. He became fascinated with murder, and solving crimes. As an adult homicide detective, he was taken from his city and family by a Keeper who used him to spy out schemes. He escaped after years as a mystic crow. He remembers little but flashes of carrion. He killed his fetch and reclaimed his life within a day of returning. Only a week passed here, but he feels he was a carrion bird for decades.
