The involved Uratha casually gathers at the Tur - the know place of choice for pack recruitment:

Mike Kelister arrives and begins to chat with Sally Romanov.
Vincent Bailey arrives and join them.
Sally Romanov introduces Vincent Bailey's pack, The Sworn, and also her own, the Shadow Seekers.
Both Sally Romanov and Vincent Bailey speak about their respective packs to Mike Kelister.
Mike Kelister decides to join The Sworn as it seems to be the pack that needs him most.
