Background
Matthew Thompson was born and raised in Towson Maryland. He awakened at the age of 17 when a seer pylon successfully attacked and killed his adopted father (an awakened Thyrsus Arrow). He has been running for the better part of the last three years between contacts and allies of his former master before going out on his own to California.
Heartbeat/Threads of Blood
Leo first became involved within Sacramento through the investigation of Counselor Triquetra's disappearance. After some road bumps and a brief confrontation with the big bad wolf, the remains of the Counselor's body were discovered. He then lead the assault on the Scelesti cult that had perpetrated the murder after connecting the murder to that of Mike Tamwood, Ahriman, Jack O'Falley, and Lux.

While investigating a spying operation, Leo met his end at the hands of Harry Wood and a very serious door...
