When Invictus Kindred are threatened and trouble looms from without, it is the Knights of the Order of the Thorned Wreath who inevitably step to the fore and defend the kindred. Professional soldiers and rescue specialists bound by a strict oath of humble self sacrifice, these Knights are feared and admired in equal proportion. Members of the Order of the Thorned Wreath follow the teachings and motto of Artus Le Jumel of courage, courtesy and loyalty, Spina vampires have these teachings in their blood.
Mostly Invictus (they are the bloodline of the Order of Thorned Wreath), most of the kindred having left the Order and not being declared traitor are found within the Sanctified, a handful have joined the Ordo Dracul. There are some within the Carthians but they are considered traitors and usually killed by other members of the Thorned Wreath if found out.
