With Star and Avis long gone and the magi of Sacramento failing in the dark, the scattered cabals and solitares desolved what once was to create a sibgle cabal.[1]
Sanctum & Territory
The once Sanctum of the Veiled Threats and the sort lived cabal the Foxes Den is a large multi-screen movie theater. Abandoned, the Veiled Threats found it seated at a confluence of ley lines they claimed it.[1] Nurturing the Hollow into a powerful source of mana, strong enough to withstand the dissolving of the Cabal that first claimed it, until there was a second cabal to call the Theater and it's well Nurtured Hollow home.
The Theater itself still appears a bit run-down and abandoned. The doors are locked and require a key to open.
