The Neidan were a small cabal that operate in Sacramento, showing influences by Taoism. They disbanded in September of 2010.
History
The Neidan Cabal was formed when Kai and West left Baltimore (November 2008). Returning to Houston to reunite with West's apprentices, Azrael and Circe, they then continued on to establish residence in Sacramento (December 2008). Shortly after arriving, Ankh joined the cabal, and then Azrael and Circe left to return to Houston, wary of the hostile environment of Sacramento (February 2009). A year later Animus would join (February 2010) after his cabal, The Living Stones, was slowly eroded by members leaving. Tug soon joined as well (April 2010) after the death of his brother Falx at the hands of Banishers. Three months later, he left, feeling stifled by his Cabal-mates and wanting a place where he could lead rather than following. Later, Ankh would depart Sacramento and the Cabal disintegrated.
Territory
Arden Arcade covers approximately 21 square miles (54 km2). Its northern border is Interstate 80, its southern border is the American River, its western border is Ethan Way and its eastern border is Mission Avenue.
Lex Magica
The Neidan observed the Lex Magica and The Great Rights without any alteration or special considerations.
