A Meeting of Clan Mekhet. The meeting was held on 07 July 2013^[1]

• With all her usual preparations done, Herald Martha Villiers is ready to welcome Clan Mekhet in the conference room of the underground Court.
• However, while the first Shadows start to appear, there is some commotion. Apparently one new arrival is completely oblivious to standard Kindred etiquette, or he lacks common sense. Shinoskay tries to sneak upon Catherine Keyes, but his attempts fail. Soon everyone starts asking questions. Feeling this was a very bad start, Shinoskay immediately leaves the Domain, to try his luck elsewhere.^[2]

• When the commotion is properly dealt with, Martha Villiers brings the meeting to order. Again, the Clan needs a new Priscus.^[4]
• As the situation is entirely different from last time, both Catherine Keyes and Daniella Sage rise to nominate themselves. Herald Villiers tries to come with a solution, to rotate the position between seasons.

"Given the situation and the talent we see before us; why not compromise? Holding a vote might be divisive and Why not those who wish to hold the position of Priscus do so, but on a seasonal basis? Each candidate holding office for a tenure of several months and handing over to the next and continue in that cycle." - Martha Villiers^[5]

• Miss Keyes expands the plan, with her idea to make the inactive Prisci act as Whip and Advisor, until they can be the active Priscus again in their selected season.^[6]
• For such a rotation to work, the Herald believes they need more candidates, so she nominates both Teodor Raluca and Daniel Whitfield. The newly arrived Carthian sees no reason to object, on the contrary, he likes the idea.
• A final decision is made to let the rotation be based on surnames, making Catherine Keyes the active Priscus. Then the meeting quickly comes to an end.
