The third chapter of the Reality War, in which the Mages hunt down serial killer Andrew Cunanan in 1997. The title of the chapter refers to Cunanan being the 449th person named to the FBI's 'Most Wanted'.


Besides Cunanan, the fate of Arthur is revealed[1] after his disappearance from the Titanic and Avis discovers something shocking about Star's past[2].
