Miach first met Four on a car crash scene, in November 2011. The both of them didn't know they were awakened, and things didn't move further[1].
It's only at the Consilium meeting in January that the two knew each other for what they were, and started talking[2].
Not much later,, Four invited Miach and October Davenport to have a chat over a coffee in a public place. Toby then called Idun over, and the rest is history...[3]
The MedStars already hung out at Miach's[4], and had a walk along Folsom Lake[5], as well as attended the Halloween 2012 party at the Asylum[6].

The Medstars recognize the Great Rights.
At first, they stated not to acknowledge the Right of Crossing[7]. It was their take that it could be abused to circumvent the Right of Hospitality, which they hold in the highest regard. But Avalon has made it clear that they were to uphold it, and so they do.
