The human stumbles, his flesh failing. He reaches out to steady himself on a nearby branch, looking up at the leaves, judging his distance and location, before twitching his left leg and taking two further steps forward, further to the trees.

A few hours later, a strange smell and it has drawn your attention, especially since it is just across the street from your house. It is a strange smell, not the smell of decay, but nor is it the smell of the living. It is some strange, new smell, one you have never smelled before.
