Biography
Jordan Shepard, a transplant to Sacramento from Los Angeles, is an Acanthus mage attached to the Mysterium. Mundanely, he holds a batchelor's degree in Comparative Literature and a Master's in Medieval and Renaissance Hisitory. He makes a living as a broker of rare books and manuscripts, as well as being a questioned documents analyst.
Arcanely, Jordan deals in Fate, Life and especially Time. He Awoke in Los Angeles during his college days, and was taught much by the curator of the Mysterium in that city. He later moved to Sacramento. He is a scholar by training and preference, but has been known to make his way out into the field. He has been of some aid to a Guardian of the Veil, and works on projects for Dr. Primoria at the Fillard Goldman Museum.
He lives alone in an apartment on T Street. He still has family in LA. He had a brief attachment to a young woman of the Silver Ladder, but she left town abruptly, intimidated by the politics of the place. He drives a green 1995 Ford T-Bird.
Jordan is of medium height with light hair and hazel eyes. He tends to dress in quiet, conservative good taste.
Notes
Jordan received the Trench Journals from Trench. The two volumes were written in a linguistic variant on Atlantean runes. Jordan worked on them for some time without result. He brought the volumes to the Fillard Goldman Museum for safe keeping, only to have them seized by Andrade and given to Vector in return for the safety of her brother, Niles Plotski.
