A Deacon of the Silver Ladder, and former Councilor, Eclipse is one of the more influential Thearch's in the city. He resides in an upscale house in one of the city's suburbs and holds an office on the 23rd floor of the Wells-Fargo building downtown.
Recently moved here from San Diego, he has taken responsibility for much of the day-to-day operations of the Ladder and its interests in the city. It's known that he maintains an "open door" policy for all mages of the consilium. However, they soon discover that while he is an easy man to talk to his aid is not for everyone and does not come without its price. He's also known for having several allies in the California State Government. He's also credited with being a compelling public speaker and an expert debater.
He had been famous in San Diego for hosting parties for the city's willworkers and Sleeper elite alike.
