She looks to be in her early 20s. She has greenish blue eyes, and her hair is a light shade of brown. Her style is simple; neither overtly elegant, nor tacky. She is about 5'2" and weighs somewhere around a hundred pounds.

Background

April Davenport was born in Bethesda, Maryland on May 17, 1988. She was raised in an upper middle-class home. Her father was a professor of history at Georgetown University, and her mother was a lawyer. Growing up she developed an interest in learning about different cultures from her father and became an avid student of mythology from an early age.

Whilel she spent much of her free time studying the myths of different cultures during her high school years, her proximity to Washington, D.C. also sparked an interest in conspiracy theories, Freemasonry and other occult topics. However, this did not prevent her from being quite the socialite and being popular due to her good looks.

After she graduated high school, she attended Notre Dame University, where she majored in History with a focus on Ancient History of Greece and Rome. She learned Latin and Ancient Greek as part of the program, which helped her research and fueled her passion for the study of mythology and the occult. During this time she spent a semester abroad in Rome, and travelled throughout Europe and a handful of other countries in Asia and the Middle East.

Shortly after graduating Suma Cum Laude from Notre Dame, April decided to return to Washington, D.C. after her boyfriend of 4 years--who she had met during Freshman year at Notre Dame--dumped her. Heartbroken and unsure of what sort of job she could get with her degree in the state of Indiana, she figured the Capital was a better place to be.

April was able to get an entry-level job with the Smithsonian, which is where she heard of of the University of California's Department of Paranormal Studies. After working for the Smithsonian for a couple of months during the summer, she decided to go back to school, packing up her bags and leaving her parents' house once again; this time she was headed to California.

She enrolled in the University of California for a Master's Degree in History, hoping that once at school she could learn more about the Department of Paranormal Studies.
