Martha gained no insight from anywhere...feeling apprehensive and anxious, she hobbles closer to the area in question.
Trying to use a heightened sense of smell to try to gain intel on the presence of Blood or, well, anything else that may shed light on the strangeness she's encountering.

Martha returns to the VIP area.
Ginger has been replaced by Amber, whose hair is more golden than her stagename-sake. Much like Ginger, it appears she's done well, from the bills she's deftly folding while laughing charmingly at whatever inane thing her patron is saying. The clothed blonde has her legs tucked under her, leaning against the man.
Once again, she's staring at her phone.
There's a fourth. A brunette has joined them, dressed modestly and wearing glasses. If her apparel didn't say 'this is just business', her demeanor certainly does. Pointedly sitting in a club chair rather than the couch, her posture is straight, and her expression flat.
Odors are difficult to detect. Martha's trained herself to largely ignore them in this environment because of the overwhelming layers of alcohol, smoke, and perfume that suffuse the air. Below that, less savory odors.
While some of those are bodily fluids, none of those fluids are blood.
Except... Mercedes. Aren't the girls supposed to take those nights off?

Hildegarde and Iago have a booth. Its not in the VIP Section. Not yet. Iago, though, has the paperwork out and is trying to prepose that Hildegarde should have a pass. She has the money. Why not enjoy it. In privacy away from prying eyes...
The Lord is only half listening. She is too busy trying to relax...
The club reminds of her that one time Hans took her to a secret club in Berlin. It was Hans, right? She can't remember - and its only adding to her irritation. First the break in; then that strange and piercing noise; now she finds her memory clouded and her thoughts fuzzy.
It is so irritating!
Pause. Tense. Pose. Hand to forehead. No - wait! There is a body dancing slow in their booth, much to Iago's delight. Shift pose. Rotate. Look attentive. Appreciate the movements. Fake blonde. Hide disappointment. Smile. Gently shift pose. Slip arm around Iago. Apparently he likes this. Slight shift of position.
Hildegarde does not like the way this dancer crowds her companion. Iago is hers!

Tonight was Velma’s night off.
Unfortunately for her she had forgotten her mobile phone the night before and she had headed for her haven without it… that was the thing with technologies, no matter how much you used them you never got used to them; at least when you were more than a century old.
Velma had already made a stop for tonight’s snack, she had already passed over at the backstage to pick her mobile phone and was now heading out, but before that she decided to check to see how the night was going. She made a quick detour inside. Tonight Velma was wearing a beautiful red dress, simple and elegant but showing plenty of her long legs, she was wearing a pair of sensible red sandals and she had donned her make-up, red lipstick and black eyeliner. At the distance she saw the Seneschal Chrisie .
With a quick and elegance succession of steps the Ravager approached, there was now one more familiar pair of long beautiful legs adorning Club Ember, they made their way towards Martha, but accompanying them was a familiar beast a well, that of Velma.
“Martha!” The Succubus waved, her golden hair moving with the motion of the arm. She took a few more steps to close in the petite shadow, the Succubus was blushed and her blood induced mien was more humane that way, it allowed her to pass for someone with a beating heart inside her chest.

The night was getting stranger by the moment.
Martha looked to Velma as she heard her name being called. There was the briefest hint of a frown as her name was announced, but he frustrations vanished as she noticed Velma's legs on display.
Accepting the greeting, she smiled and hobbled over to hold Velma's hand in a dainty gesture and admire her dress...and shoes....and stare long and hard at her legs...
"Miss! Good evening to you!" she chirped. "You look simply splendid!"

Velma allows Martha to hold her hand, when she does she can feel the warm touch of the blush of life.
With her other arm she holds the tip of the hem of her dress and shows her dress and most importantly her legs, long beautiful legs which ended in elegant sandals and small petite feet.
First to the left, then to the right. Showing off a bit like someone who is trying a new dress at a store.
”You like it!?” The Succubus giggles lightly as if sharing something with the Seneschal.
”Thank you! I like it too!” The soft giggle hangs for a little while.
”So, how’s the night going?” Simple and casual questions, have simple and casual answers right?

Martha bit at her bottom lip as Velma showed off her legs to greater effect. Wide eyed, she watched. Falling into a silence as she stared and stared at Velma's legs.
She let Velma's hand go for an instant. Just long enough to clench her small hands into fists...as if resisting some urge.
"Perfect." she mused...though to whom isn't quite clear.
Blinking her attentions back to Velma, Martha smiled and suddenly gathered Velma's arm in a conspiratorial hug and whisper.
"Oh..." she began quietly, "...I do believe there may be a serial killer in the private room! He's been asking for blondes!" she added with a wide eyed nod of knowing worry. "I would hate to think any of The Girls being in some danger!" she gasped and seemed sincere in this.
"There's something else amiss too...something I just can't...well, I just can't put my finger on it." she frowned and pouted as if she took it a personal slight that such mysteries concealed themselves from her reach.

Velma furrowed her brow for a moment.
Could the Seneschal have turned paranoid? Serial Killers? Something amiss?
The luscious Succubus looked to the left, her eyes scanned all the club in search for something amiss.
Nothing!
Velma smiled empathetically to Martha.
”Don’t worry! You want me to go check into the private? Where is he staying?” Right now she was all about trying to dispel the petite shadow’s fears…

Martha nods, but whispers, "Do please be careful! I shall try to keep a very close eye on you..." she sneaks another brief look to Velma's legs and then adds, "...I tell you what...do you have a celluar telephone? If so, if you leave it switched on...to call me, then we can improvise an eavesdropping device...that way I can listen to what is said and can be vigilant to your wellbeing! I can go to the next door room and be at hand!" she whispered with urgency. Mindful she didn't want her friend to be in harms way.
