This is a generic template for creating pretty boxes listing All characters that fill conditions. It is used in the following format:

{{askpc|condition|value}}

Example:
{{askpc|Clan|Daeva}} would show '''All''' characters belonging to the Vampire Clan of Daeva

Note: This template will show all characters, includeing Active, Inactive, and Deceased characters.
