Vince pulls up to the entrance of the dock. All the gear stored in the back of his car. The rushed training from his vacation running through his mind over and over again. It wasn't likely Frank or August would change their minds about heading down. But Vince was sure going to ask just to be sure.

Frank had been content to let Patolli drive. Yeah, driving was something of a status thing among the elderly set- those that could still drive could find as many dates around the retirement homes as they could want, but this was work, and Rave Boy was a rookie, as far as Frank could tell, and Rookies Drive. That's just the way it is, the way it will always be. His beat up ol' Dodge would keep just fine in the DHS parking lot. Frank eases his old bones out of the passenger seat and offers Patolli a hand with the equipment, looking over the docks sadly. How many bodies had they dredged out of these waters in his twenty-plus years on the Force?

Jessica pulls up and pops her trunk. Inside are tanks, masks, flippers, regulators, and BCs as well as weights. She looks pointedly at the boys, gesturing to the tanks. Shouldering a BC and taking a mask and regulator, she heads down to the pier closest to where the boat sank.
Putting the gear down, she takes off the rain coat she's wearing like some surreal stripper in broad daylight.
Damn... a one piece.
Gearing up properly is Int+Ath-1.

Vince follows suit, a pause to gap at the view.... And a sigh of disappointment.
Woah! That white boy is pasty. Vince helps however he can before joining Jessica on the pier with the rest of the equipment.

Jessica looks at Frank and Kordecki, to see if they're coming.

Frank looks at the equipment in front of him. Apparently, his request to be on boat duty was going to be denied. He'd quote Murtaugh if it wasn't so damn cliche, but instead he sighs and moves to suit up. "Now, this thing goes here, and then over, and click, and...alright, I'm froggy. Let's hop to it." The old man laughs at his corny joke as he drags his flippers towards Warren and Patolli.

"I think that's where it went down," Jessica says, pointing to a buoy with a white X on a blue field.
That said, she steps off the pier, diver-style, and begins swimming.
Feel free to narrate swimming to the buoy. Also feel free to point out the crucial mistake that's being made right now and correct it

Scuba-Frank looks around for a rope ladder, something, anything, that they could use to climb back up after they're finished swim patrol.

Scuba Vince waddles toward the ladder Frank spotted and opts to not try and jump with what seemed like a trunk full of books on his back. He lowers himself in before following after She-Hulk.
