Like I was telling Bo, the WoD book led me to believe that all Socialize was good for was holding your liquor. So I skipped it, but I'll be spending fair portion of my unspent exp in Socialize now that I see it's actually used for useful things.
Definitely facepalmed when I looked at my character sheet, though.
