I thought it was obvious from my being the one here. "I have."

Andrade nods, and gestures for Animus, Spade, Ash, and Jack to take seats at the table... but stops Pandora. "I do not know you."
Animus takes his seat without further comment, not completely sure what to make of the unknown who had announced herself as the Mastigoi's chosen. Yet the situation was clearly sorting itself out.
And exactly how does she know me? thinks Jack, but he doesn't let it show. He just goes to sit at the table where Tyria had been previously.
Spade moves to follow Animus. Wishing there was protocol to follow. Moving past Andrade he nods and takes a seat. THen turns to see Pandora following behind.
NIce, the Free Counsel has not jut himself but two Councilors. But sees Pandora be stoped by Andrade and holds his breath.
Tam didn't know Ash or Pandora, and coincidentally, didn't know much about Moros or Mastigos, either. She had spent some time with an Obrimos instructor in the East, so she was more familiar with them, but she didn't know Spade.
She expected someone powerful like Animus to make it into the Consilium seats, but Jack? A fresh mind with fresh ideas, right? She smiled, glancing around that the audience, wondering how everyone else was reacting.
Ash saw the man wave to him and saw that he was one of the Shaman's with Tug and Ankh. Moving over to join them, he was more than a little apprehensive to take his seat. How could the Moros choose when it was just he? Surely this wasn't correct.
Ash knew none of these people but it seemed he would have to, and very quickly indeed.
Thinking cap on boy, he tells himself. Oh, and keep your mouth shut.
"My name is Pandora, Heirarch," Pandora says to Andrade. "We have not yet met, which I regret, as I arrived in this area only recently. Upon arrival, I met two of my fellow Free Council members, who informed me the best way to get in touch was to contact the Herald. They stated I could contact him through Deacon Eclipse. I then met with Deacon Eclipse and obtained contact information for the Herald, Master Animus. I contacted him, hoping to speak with him about meeting you, but he was unable to see me prior to this meeting due to his being busy with other matters."
Andrade is silent for a few moments, considering the odd situation. Whatever game Henry was playing at, and she likely knew which, putting a complete stranger in a such a position over two established Mages was... irresponsible. Someone who neither knew the history of the city, it's inhabitants, or earned any measure of respect. It was doubly surprising that the Guardian had sided with a Libertine rather than a Diamond.
"Perhaps in time you'll sit at this table; for now... choose another," Andrade said simply.
"Well, that joy was short-lived," Pandora thinks to herself. Protesting isn't going to accomplish anything, though, so she merely nods in acceptance of the Heirarch's judgment.
"Heirarch, since your not knowing me has disqualified me from being a Councilor, am I still allowed to take part in the choosing?" she asks.
