The thick envelope addressed to the Necromancer is left propped against the door to the Guardian quarters. Inside is a single piece of gold bordered stationary with a short hand written message.

A matter has arisen that I as hierarch wish for the Councillors input and advise on before I make a decision. Skye has made it known to me she wishes to be tested for the position of consilium sentinel. While the final choice for deciding if she is to be tested and from that if she is appointed rests with me I consider it good practice to first hear the thoughts of those representing the awakened of our consilium. So I am inviting all of the current Councillors, to my sanctum to hold discussion on the matter.
