And yet it continues to tug at some memory or another, he would think something so distinctive would have been hard to forget, so why does it seem similar? It takes the man in grey mere moments to regain his considered composure however. "If social advancement i the goal education can provide a medium for it, albeit a hard fought one." Looking at society today classism was very much still a thing. "Although I do prefer the idea of a meritocracy over current systems. Which education would help facilitate." Those who prove themselves skilled and worthy rise, while those who are the opposite are not let anywhere near positions to which they would be ill suited. "The problem is scale, It hard for anyone to rise from the masses when they have so many they need to overcome to do so." Not to mention often needing to step on the heads of their fellows in the process. "In that way even education can be argued as a weapon of those born into privilege, a way to make the common person fight against their fellows." Social engineering was a tricky beast for sure, and looking at society in the current day, mass education had done little curb the inept privileged elite.

As for meeting his brow furrows. "I am not sure, I would like to think I would remember if we had." But something still nagged at him, some mostly forgotten memory.

Skye's contribution to education was another good one. "Yes I do agree on that, proper worthwhile education requires engagement from the learner and by that I mean considerably more then search engines and committing of facts to the short term memory." But he had nothing to add to the talk of summer camps.

It seems Violet had missed the point. "What I meant was it's all well and good say A.I. can or could render images at whatever speeds or whatever sharpness but if a person can't tell because the human eye or brain can only take in so much, then what is the point in having technology that exceed that or working towards them?" There were limits sleepers could not overcame no matter what technology they they produced.

Jennifer was not one given to shows of emotion. In her dealings with Kine, it was important to show only what was intended. Jennifer carefully composed her expression to be one of interest as she responded.
As the gentleman spoke, Jennifer found that his words were easier to follow.

As she spoke, her Curse continued to assert itself to make her words sound like a serpent slithering on dying leaves.
"I have some familiarity, but cannot place where." Jennifer states. "I do believe that throughout history, there has been some good examples of education having correlation to advance one's social advancement. I do not argue that should be the goal. Education for educations' sake is what I believe in. We should wish to learn for as long as we dance in this world." Carefully using the correct word for the audience.

The brave few who ventured out to the DOCO Makers Market made their goodbyes, for the evening had grown late. Jennifer stopped at the first booth to complete her arrangement. Jennifer departed carrying a surprisingly nicely packaged plant. Would the gift be received in the spirit that Jennifer intended? Time would tell.
