The rote is cast on food and drink gathered in the Dreamtime and will affect enough material to provide the
caster with one meal. Too much time spent in the Anima Mundi without consuming food and drink will lead to
deprivation<ref>See p. 175 of [[World of Darkness Sourcebook|WoD]]</ref>.
