Tug-bird flaps his wings and circles round the Circle to lead the the three mages into the sky. He figures they'll have stayed close to the Tower Bridge, maybe even close to Kruegan's, so they'll go there first, and move out in circles from that center.

Spade hangs back, not knowing the way from the Circle to where ever Tug was wanting to start.
But that kind of thinking is not immediately for-front in Spade's mind. At least not until he is over the sheer awesomeness of flying. And you really can not get over flying.
It reminded him of his Awakening. That moment he watched in horror as the edge of the water rushed toward him and then he was falling. But not falling.
Flying now was like a link back to the Key. A glimpse of that Supernal journey.
There was work to do. Spade follows the Tug-bird ducking and diving around Animus the whole way.

It's a long flight, but familiar to two of the avians, as they wing their way to Kruegan's. The flight is uneventful, other than the nifty discovery that they didn't need to stop for restroom breaks.

All three birds notice a broken window pane on the rear door of the Kruegan's sanctum.

Tugbird had been enjoying today's flight. It was so much easier not to think when he was like this. He'd have rather been a falcon, or an eagle, or a hawk, or hell, a seagull; pigeons were like the rats of the air. And let's even talk about the...digestive issues.
When he sees the broken window, however, and sees that Animus and Spade are both looking that way, he looks for a place to alight and peek inside.
