"Wings it is," she nods and wonders what sauce it will be. Then alcohol to help make it more fun. "Cheering it better 'n shoudler gaming, good call."


"Everybody will get a turn, or something like that." Circe wasn't sure, but her wings were here with a drink. with the wings being her first target. She'd nurse the booze.


"Riley! Ya bring the smiles girl," she weclomes her fellow Summer. And Sonja was being Sonja, but this is an arcade so it was fine. She then waves a menu at R'Lyeh, "RIght, that is that. Snacks and alcohol fer ya my friend?"

[Rlyeh]

It's always adjustment-brace-preparation to be in the presence of Sera-Circe-Sonnie. Queenly-joyous-pretty-gorgeous. It's...a lot. A lot of a lot. Sometimes. And more-most when complements are paid and knows-thinks-assumes they're meant.

"Thank you Sera-Sarah! Thrift-shop-haul!" she says in explanation. "Sounds fun-interesting-entertaining!" she nods, (dripdripdrop), frizzy curls bounce-bounce-bouncing. "Aye-aye!" she snaps a salute after Sonnie-Claviger says they're all heading to Gauntlet to play.

"Yessir!" she grins again at Circe-Queen. Now more then sure that this was a friendly offer, or at least a Queenly-taking-care-f-her-Court-ly one. "Wings-n-jack-n-coke-please-and-thank-you!" Though she was eyeing the plastic forks. Would people look at her funny for wanting to stab her wings with a fork and eat it like that? It was keep her fingers from getting saucy before playing!

It was great that both Circe and Sonnie had games picked out! Did she know much about either game? Nope! But she still planned to play and have fun! “Sounds good!” she had also ordered some of the wings, and made sure to get extra napkins.

“Now you just need something sweet and you have everything covered!” sweet and salty!

Laughing, “Can’t shoulder game if I’m not completely familiar with the games. Plus, no one likes a shoulder gamer!” it was rude.

“We still need to spend a day at the thrift stores! Shopping and lunch, a wonderful way to spend the day!” to her anyways. But Rlyeh seemed to have great taste and Sera wanted to shop with her.

Now with her snacks, Sonnie was back at the Gauntlet machine, looking over the 4-player game fondly. "Hm, who to play. Warrior or wizard? Maybe the Valkyrie? I assume Mary will play the Elf," she chuckled.

A thought strikes her, and she turned to look at Sera. "Wait, so do we have enough quarters?"

[Circe]

"Grand R'Lyeh!" Always encourage. Circe knew her Summer and wanted her to have a good time.


"Well," she mockingly pretends to be offended, "That's profiling. I'd axe ya ta let me go full warrior instead. Actually, I won't axe, I'll just parry out taking up the sword," Circe is smiling as she looks around, "They gotta have a coin machine somewhere," because why would they not?


That'd be a poor business model to not. Unless it was tokens instead. The Summer Queen shrugs, "Eh, we can ask when we get the food."

[Rlyeh]

"Riley!" she whisper-shouts at Circe-Queen. It's always a good thing to hear her chosen name, but they're not alone. So. ID Names it was.

Heat rises to her face, "Yes-okay-it-would-be-fun-yes." she squeaks out, at Sera-queen's reminder. R'lyeh didn't think the Fairest Director-Queen remembered, but she did, and still wanted to do...it...?

"They should have quarters-or-ability-to-acquire-quarters." should would require common sense. Or maybe just business sense. "I'm okay with valkyrie-warrior-elf-wizard. So. Whatever's left. I'm good. Yes. Pro-um - " feeling awkward to promise even it it wasn't a Promise. "Yes." she nods bounce-bounce-bounce, to show it really was okay.

[Seraphina]

Walking to the game with Sonnie, she sets her drink and wings down, reaches into her purse and pulls out a bag of quarters. Which she then handed to Sonnie, “Here ya go! If we need more, I can make it happen!” there wasn’t like, hundreds of dollars in the bag, maybe ten or twenty, but enough to get them started. “I came prepared.” Never enter an arcade without quarters, a very important and sacred rule.

“Who should I play?” glancing at the machine.

“Then it is what it is dear Mary.” She teases.

Smiling happily to Rlyeh, “Awesome! Then we should set something up when you have the time.” The Nix would never assume someone had an open schedule.

“I’ll play whatever.” And seemed quite happy with that.

Pointing to the bag she handed Sonnie, "Ladies, I present you the bag o’quarters, which should get us started.”

[Sonnie Wu]

"OOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOOoooOOO!!!" was Sonnie's awe-inspired response to the bag of quarters. Totally not a monkey-like sound or anything.

"Thanks, Mom!" she laughed, setting the bag of coins, along with her pretzels, onto the console's joystick platform. It was big, to accommodate four players, so there was plenty of room. "How about you take the Elf, then, Sera? Mary wants to be the Warrior, so I'll go with the Wizard. I guess that leaves Valkyrie for Riley!"

"Okay, so it's simple," the Beast said, plunking quarters into the machine, "We run through these dungeons, killing the monsters and grabbing treasure. The monster spawners will keep spanwing monsters till we destroy them. Oh, and make sure to grab food cause your health will steadily drop over time. If you die and ruin out of lives, just put in more quarters!"

[Circe]

Circe smiles and nods approvingly at R'Lyeh as she reminds her of security. And then does a Yoda impression, "Right, what I said, that it, totally hmm hmm."


"Ooooooooo," Circe joins in Sonja as the quarters come up and retrieve some for her usage, "They're so round and metally. Yer a golden girl Sarah."


"I could totally rock the Warrior's outfit," she jests, probably, as they start up the game. "Yes. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but in Gauntlet lamb leg keeps away the mortician!"

She could only laugh at Sonnie, it was hard not to laugh and be happy around the monkey.

Putting her wings and drink on a table, she watches and listens to what was said. “The Elf? Sure!” she could do this. Totally.

“Sounds easy enough! Lets do this!” standing in the spot that gave her access to the Elf. There was a bit of happy energy to her steps, she couldn’t wait to play!

Huge smile to Circe, “I do what I can!” and coming to an arcade with lots of quarters was a no brainer. Then a nod, “Oh yeah! You certainly could! Idea! Halloween costume!”
