Valkyrie for Riley Which was good-great-best "Yes-works!" she answers with a grin. Awkward-weird-too-many-teeth but it was real-truth.

And a laugh, the grin dropping because her cheeks-mouth-hurts, strained unpracticed, but she wasn't bashed-hurt-reprimanded for the reminder. Which good yes! "All of the mighty rounds of silver-shine!" following after the others to the game.

And a bouncy nod to Circe-queen, "Merry-Mary can do the warrior queen very-well-goodly. Yes. Oh!" blinking as Sera-queen starts on Halloween "Gauntlet-gals for Halloween to come?" .....it was still months away but not that long. Hmm.

What proceeded was classic video game mayhem as the four women played Gauntlet. Swords and axes and arrows and fireballs flew, treasure was collected, food was devoured, and many a ghost and demon were slaughtered!

"Yeah! Eat my flaming balls, monsters!" Sonnie laughed as she played, rapidly hitting her attack button.

She was... quiet about the Halloween talk. The Beast focused on the game.

Last Halloween was so weird.

[Circe]

"That is crafty Riley!" She points at her summer and gives her a thumbs up, "I'll totes get ta work on that. I can handle the metal bits fer sure. Maybe even get stuff at the flea market swap meets."


She'd come up with some ideas, or something close to it. As free thinking as California was, Circe doubted she'd get away with just the loincloth. That and it'd be hard to hide a gun and ammo with only a loincloth. Though a muscle suit could work, though she wasn't sure how well Sonja would do if she tried to wear a fake beard. Girl versions is the plan.


"The only question," She smiles at Seraphina, "Weapons. How authentic do we want 'em ta be? Metal or plastic?" the smile is a lot darker. She was getting into the game.


She felt the need to punish some ghosts. "I will have ta ax the enemies ta stop playing only with yer hot balls Sonnie," she laughs as she jokes with the monkey Beast. "These ghosts man, totes out of shape. They aught ta exorcise more. Ooops. Tried ta hit that one, but I mist."

[Seraphina]

Grinning to Rlyeh, “It’s an idea for Halloween and it could be fun!” laughing, “Wonder if anyone would correctly guess what we were?” maybe if the right arcade geek walked by?

While she struggled at the start, learning the buttons and what all that, she truly was enjoying herself! Cheering her teammates on as they slayed and dominated. Laughing, “Get em’ Sonnie!” doing her best to help kill the monsters.

To Circe, “Well, I think they have to be plastic to get into any clubs. But if you wanted real ones, we’d probably have to throw a private party, cause nothing ruins a good time like the cops getting called for props.”

It had been years-eons-never since R'lyeh had been to an arcade, never mind playing, so she relies on the tried-and-true. Button Mashing. She's pretty sure she's hitting monsters and - oh treasure! Shiny~

Then a Summer-Smile, vulpine-sharp "Shiny-sharp," she coos, and were her Mantle free it would have surely flared, when Circe-queen asks, metal or plastic, but Sera-queen had to be the Voice Of Reason. "We could do real-for-photos-and-just-to-have-" a blink, "On a wall-display-yes-oh fuck off ghost!" she presses down her attack button....or she thinks is the attack. Whatever something's happening.

I'm so freaking sorry for holding everyone up!

"Yeah," Sonnie added, "I mean, there's a reason my staff is collapsible. I can't walk into places with that thing at full mast." She wiggled her eyebrows at her own innuendo as she mashed buttons. Riley was doing fine. Mashing the buttons was honestly an effective way to play this old game. And if you ran out of lives? Just put in more quarters. Gauntlet was designed to keep you pumping money into it.

"Ew, you wanna do what with a ghost?" she teased the fox-friend, laughing.

[Circe]

"Nab him, jab him, stab him, stop the pigeon," Circe sings a random song from her memory as they play the game. "Oh ho ho ho! Wrong song, should'a gone Ray Parker Junior, oh ho ho oh!"


And fed in more quarters as tanking continued to have the expected side effect of dying in an arcade game.


"We'll hafta buy the plastic then," she destroys another spawn point, "I can't use my tools ta work plastic. It melts. Smells terrible. And I get lightheaded from the smell. Then it and splashes everywhere when I pass out. Just a bad idea," she giggles at the end. She was joking, she'd never tried. She wasn't that kind of crazy. The outfits could be quite feasible for a Halloween theme.


"Sonny, are YOU trying to kink shame?" She smirks at the monkey as she starts to affect a British accent, "Tut tut my dear. Desires and all that, aye wot."

[Seraphina]

Sapphires widen, “Riley, that’s an amazing idea!” obviously she loved the idea, “I would totally display the picture in my coffee shop!” and it would get a lot of attention.

Laughing, “That ghost is not getting past us!” joining in on the button mashing, because it seemed to work some of the time. Not all the time, but enough of the time.

A snort as she laughed, “I’m sure most guys could relate.” Trying not to laugh, but laughing harder, “Though it could be great advertising for them.” An innocent shrug. She was Spring, and the Queen of Spring at that, she wasn’t bashful.

Nodding as Circe spoke, “There shall be no kink shaming here!” she declares with a coy smile. “But we can certainly debate the pros and cons of the various forms if we wanted.” Just throwing it out there.

“But first! We vanquish,” pausing, leaning over to Circe, “was that the right word?” giggling, “But lets win this!” more buttons mashed.
