Mable looks at her phone... it was jack....

Mable hits the button... "Hi"

Being vague since one can never know who might be listening, "Just checking in. How's it going?"

[Mable Wood]

Now that the situation was over, Mable was pissed. She should have kicked him harder. Remembering that people could hack the line. "Rough day, sweetie. I really need to talk. Where are you?"

[Jacque]

There was a pause of silence on the line before the response came, "Same place as earlier. See you soon."
