"Yo," came the monotonous greeting over the phone. The woman on the other end of the line almost sounded bored, but the single syllable was just a bit too curt to truly read.

"Yo. Name's Wayland, im from the Archery club in LA and im new in town. The local welcoming committe gave me your number and suggested I give you a bell to join with the local Archery club. Is there like, somewhere we can meet?"
Wayland tried to sound business-like on the phone, but truth by told, talking to an unknown Arrow was always a tense exchange. Caution is the better part of valour...

Seriously, did no one put any effort into their double speak anymore, or had everyone just given up when they went to talk on the phone?
"Alright, yeah," Avis replied with a heavy sigh. It was a losing battle, really. What was the point of double speak when your Order's Sanctum was a giant fucking replica of a famous cathedral that was owned by Arrow Industries...
"Here's the address. Meet me there in three hours."
