Contest - Other Consillia v2.0

Due to (some) popular demand and my own personal desire to see “audience” participation. I have decided to open another “Other Consillia” contest.

Rules

1. Call your location, there is a list provided below if you want to make one but have no idea of where to put it.
2. You may post your submissions in spoilers below or in another thread (if I decide to make one).
3. You will need a location history
4. You will need the Orders who control the area
5. You will need the current political tensions
6. Anything else you wan to add.
7. There will be a site wide vote on the favourite.
8. You will have until February 25th to get your submission in.
