The Paranormal Cirque was back in Sacramento for another show! Each time the Cirque comes through, it comes with a new theme. This year’s theme was Inferno! So, the audience was getting the typical fear and horror paired with fire this time.

So the enormous black and red tent shows up in downtown Sacramento, near the water. The show promises performances of acrobats of the air, illusionists, freaks, mysterious creatures and everything in between! What you think of what with a normal circus, this one has very little. This cirque walks the fine line of breathtaking and fear, a world inhabited by creatures and incredible circus art performers.

Come one and all, and let the Paranormal Cirque take you to where dreams and nightmares become one.

Aurora had been called to perform for this one. Particularly because of the theme, Inferno. Not many performers enjoyed working with fire anymore, and she, well, didn’t mind. Plus, she liked working with the Italian Circus. They paid well, and it was a blast! The whole horror theme of their shows added something to them that just made performing more exciting to her. It fit her style of show.

So she was signed up for most of what she already did. Fire eating, and fire dancing, easy enough. Contortion, usually freaked out the crowd, and as a world record holder, she can certainly wow a crowd, but no suspension. For the contortion, she brings some of the bends and twists she's done for horror movies, the perfect blend of creepy and unnatural. And since there was no suspension, she took to the skies with aerial contortion, with ribbons.

Her parts of the show went off as they were supposed to! Gasps and cheers from the crowd fueling her performance, reminding her why she did what she did.

And after the show? Well, that’s when one gets to meet people. She had no spells up, and didn’t shake hands, but was generous with her time, talking with people. A bottle of water in hand, the blonde, still in costume, was in high spirits.

A travelling show themed in magnificent horrors, of awe inspiring fear that leaned into the magical and paranormal. Now this was his kind of show, this was the right mix of flamboyant bombast, magical wonder and terror that a Autumn show should be ... okay it was summer right now but the point stood. And so of course it had drawn Sacramento's very own king of fear. The prospect of a hearty and ready supply of glamour would have alone, but he was here for a to more then that. And not wanting to tip the balance tonight his mask was hardened the better to seem like any other interested observer ... well as much as one of his proportions could.
The giant still stood apart, he stood tall and massive and looming his scarred and battered visage and strangely dark hair under the moth eaten Fedora spoke of real fear, real terror, real cruelty he emanated a sense of danger that set him apart from the show and its wonderful horrors. It was nice though for once to have no need to duck, and the stroll along the dark entrance corridor had proven mildly entertaining when someone, an actor or performer, tried to pop out an make him jump only to be greeted by his barrel chest and leering broken toothed grin peering down at them.

The seats were the usual cramped affair the giant had to contend with wherever eh went, that was part and parcel of his existence but he still had a better view the any other the height had its advantages, these where the kind of things he had been looking for creepy, twisted, skillful. This was the kind of thing he had tried to dream of as a solution to an empty plot that autumn needed to fill, only much better then he could dream, and much more real.

It was then a surprise given how his focus was on the acts more then those doing them that over the course of hers he did eventually recognize the riveting blonde he meet last Halloween and the in the games store and the book market. And that was well, it was an opportunity, and so parting the crowd just as he does, by walking through it, he will approach Madison as she converses after the show, "Huh. Well I'll say it, I take my hat off to you." Which he does with a brief bob of it off and then back onto his head. "Hm. That was really very good." Credit where it was due she had performed oh so very well.
